Sarah was introduced to dancing at the age of 4, being enrolled in Ballet and Jazz Ballet classes. As a member of the Eisteddfod Performance Team, she was a regular on stage from a young age. A love of dancing and performing has continued throughout her life.
Over the years, Sarah has trained in many styles including Jazz Ballet, Irish, Ballroom & Latin, Lyrical/Contemporary, Burlesque, Hip Hop, Reggaeton and Brazilian Samba.
Sarah was introduced to Brazilian Samba through her love of Ballroom & Latin Dancing. While training in other Latin styles, on a whim, her sister suggested attending a Brazilian Samba class. As a joke, she attended and six years later has never looked back.
The allure of Brazilian Samba for Sarah is how much joy it brings to people, not only to the performers, but to the audience. She loves the challenge of a continuously evolving style and the freedom of expression it brings.
